Organic Skin Care - Finding the Right Ingredients to Keep Your Skin Healthy and Ageless

Organic Skin Care - Finding the Right Ingredients to Keep Your Skin Healthy and Ageless

The idea of organic skin care is perfect. Using natural ingredients on your skin only makes sense. Your skin receives exposure to man made chemicals and toxins every day. Why use man made chemicals to try to repair the damage? Using natural ingredients is the best way to help your skin recover and to provide protection from future problems.

But, where can you get organic skin care products? Most of women do not want to start brewing up homemade concoctions in their basement to use for skin treatment. An occasional natural mask recipe is one thing, brewing lotions and creams for daily use is another.

So how can you do natural skin maintenance without creating your own home brewing den? You need to find a line of effective organic skin treatment products. The ingredients in these products need to come from nature, not the biochemical plant down the street. However, some "organic" ingredients you need to avoid whenever possible.

One of these is petroleum-based ingredients. Petroleum is the same substance from which oil and gas derive. It also makes asphalt and kerosene. It is flammable in many forms and corrosive in some. No organic product would use a petroleum-based product despite it coming originally from the ground.

Another ingredient to avoid in any organic skin care products is mineral oil or its solid form paraffin wax. This natural ingredient is very common in many cosmetics. It has hundreds of uses in any form it takes from fuel to lubricant to sealant. But, it has a problem when applied to the human body.

It prevents the skin from breathing. This causes a buildup of dirt and bacteria under the product. In some people, this comes out in the form of acne development. Natural skin treatments will use alternate ingredients such as beeswax or shea butter which is much lighter and easier on the skin.

Instead of these ingredients, you need to find ingredients that come from gentler plant-based sources such as grape seed oil or shea butter. There are tons of natural alternatives for the man made ones or those natural products which cause problems. With the right organic skin care products, you can take care of your skin and not expose it to any more toxins than necessary. The ingredients, both active and inactive, must come from the right sources to protect and be effective. That is the hallmark of good organic skin care.

Organic Beauty Care - 7 Benefits of Using Natural Skincare Products

Organic Beauty Care - 7 Benefits of Using Natural Skincare Products

Certified organic beauty care has clear benefits for the individual user and the environment. People should be afforded the opportunity to try natural skincare products and decide for themselves, if it is suitable for them. The media has programmed us to trust a product simply because it is branded with the name of some big cosmetic company with lots of fancy packaging, it must be really good for us, right? Wrong.

I personally believe that products created using natural and organic ingredients are, in the least comparable if not better than their chemical and synthetic counterparts, utilising the goodness of nature itself. If in any doubt, just try reading the label of any cosmetic product you own and see how many ingredients you actually know about. This article outlines my seven core beliefs with respect to organic and natural skincare products:

1.Good for the environment
Organic systems aim to reduce dependence on non-renewable resources. Organic production aims at all times towards sustainability whilst having best management of the environment and wildlife as a priority.
2.Good for people
Organic based ingredients have been shown in a number of studies to contain more vitamins, nutrients and cancer-fighting antioxidants than non-organic ingredients.
3.No synthetic chemicals
Organic systems prohibit the use of artificial colours and fragrances, pesticides and fertilisers.
4.Good for the soil
Organic systems rely on a modern and scientific understanding of ecology and soil science, while also depending on traditional methods of crop rotations to ensure fertility and weed and pest control.
5.No GMOs
Certified Organic products are produced without GMOs, which are prohibited in the standards for organic food and farming.
6.No animals harmed
Organic products are tested on humans rather than on animals.
7. Socially Responsible
By choosing to use organic beauty care you make a conscious effort to do what is right by yourself and your planet.

All Natural Organic Skin Care is Effective!

An all natural organic skin care formula is exactly what you need if you are going to maintain the health of your skin. Even if you have been lax in caring for your skin over the years there is no amount of neglect that a natural herbal skin care product cannot overcome. The problem is in finding a product that is truly as all natural as the manufacturer says that it is.

Often, what is marketed as an all natural organic skin care product is not what it appears to be. The manufacturer may highlight a handful of ingredients that could honestly qualify as organic, but many of the other ingredients will be potentially damaging chemical agents. These agents are popular throughout most of the cosmetics industry due to the fact that the cost very little for the company to use.

A natural herbal skin care formula that contains chemical additives, preservatives, and aroma producers should not be used, no matter how effective the handful of natural ingredients prove to be. These agents can not only be damaging to your skin, but can cause serious ailments such as nervous system damage, an in some cases cancer. You need to learn which agents in cosmetics products to watch out for, and be careful to avoid them.

Even some of the ingredients in all natural organic skin care products that are purported to be natural compounds really aren't. Take for example the popular petroleum based moisturizing agents' mineral oil, paraffin wax, and petrolatum. These are watered down versions of a grease-like substance that is a byproduct of the crude oil process. If not for our need for oil these moisturizers would never have come into existence.

As I said before, some of the ingredients found in natural herbal skin care formulas are truly organic, and are therefore very effective in treating your skin. If the formula that they are in is not 100% all natural however, these ingredients will do you no good at all. The compounds in all natural products must all tie in together in a way that produces the maximum possible benefits.

The ingredients that you want to find in an all natural organic skincare product are vegetable and plant based oils, extracts, waxes, and emollients. These types of ingredients contain properties that are almost identical to those of your skins own oil, and they provide your skin with essential nutrients such as linolenic acid, and omega fatty acids. They also offer you something else that is needed.

The plant based ingredients in a natural herbal skin care formula provide you with much n
eeded antioxidants. There are some formulas that also include a mixture of protein peptides and enzymes known as Cynergy TK. This is the most potent antioxidant blend ever used in cosmetics, and just a single cell of Cynergy TK is capable of eliminating up to a million harmful free radicals.

Natural & Organic Skincare Products - Money Spinners Or Genuinely Better For You?

We all like to believe that if something says 'natural' or 'organic' that it must be better for you than the alternatives, but is this just another set of cleverly thought out marketing drives and gimmicks?

It is after all a sad fact of life that where there is money to be made there will be rats who try and take advantage of this. I am not an expert on the effects of chemicals in skincare but wanted to present my views as from my experience there are genuine skincare companies out there that are trying to make a difference and do really care about the products they sell:

Do I really need to buy organic and natural products as the just seem to be more expensive and it is drying up my already barely flowing, credit crunch munched finance

I am not going to advocate buying natural and organic products for the sake of the alternatives as ultimately we all need to consider the benefits and risks and make our own choices. At the same time though do I believe in natural and organic skincare products as a better choice?

The answer for me is most definitely yes. They have made a massive difference to the way my skin looks and feels and the knowledge I have that I am not putting potentially harmful chemicals onto my skin is greatly reassuring. It is great to know that I am using product made by people who put what is best for me as a consumer ahead of share price value. Not to mention the natural and organic products themselves are really improving in terms of packaging and general presentation which makes them a very fun and edgy alternative.

Is it really worth the money?

Again it comes down to economic principles. As there are a few huge skincare companies driving the market they are best placed to take advantage of marketing drives, influencing consumer preference and just generally being out there (when last have you gone an entire day without seeing an advert by one of the big boys?) Because of this they are able to mass produce products cheaper than other smaller organic and natural skincare companies. The other fact is that massive companies are going to try and maximize profits for shareholders and will as such use the most economically viable products not necessarily what might be best for you the consumer for example organic alternatives.

So the answer is if you want to follow a natural and organic lifestyle you are going to have to pay a premium for the privilege. So the brutally honest answer to whether they are money spinners or Genuinely good for you is that it is a little bit of both. There are people out there piggy backing the rising desire to follow a healthy lifestyle and cloaking old products as 'new natural ingredients' and others who are not trying to make a quick buck and do things for more altruistic personal reasons.

It all comes back to you as the consumer, do not be afraid to challenge companies and do your own research. After all an informed decision is better than a decision on its own.

Natural Organic Skin Care For Sensitive Skin

Natural Organic Skin Care For Sensitive Skin

People who have sensitive skin can be very allergic to things like cosmetics, soaps and even foods. The symptoms often show up as skin irritation, rashes, redness, dry itchy skin, and even eczema.

If you have sensitive skin, you should only use natural organic skin care product because it can help ward off the negative effects of irritation, burning, or itching caused by irritants and chemicals found in cosmetics, fabric softeners, laundry detergents, soaps, and other skin care products.

Natural skin care products are great for sensitive skin as they contain no artificial substances, synthetics, preservatives or fragrances. Always try to avoid products that have harsh chemicals, fragrances, or dyes. If you want to smell nice, use normal perfume or cologne. Choose cosmetics and make-ups for your specific skin type that contain organic or natural ingredients. An excellent choice of make-up that contains only natural ingredients is mineral make-up.

If you have sensitive skin and suffer from acne, be very cautious because many acne treatments contain harsh chemicals that could irritate your skin. This often makes the acne condition even worse. This is another compelling reason why you should only use natural organic skin care products for sensitive skin because they contains no harsh chemicals.

When choosing a natural organic skin care product, be certain that it contains plant-based substances such as olive oil, jojoba, tea tree oil or rose hip seed oil. These are the most basic ingredients you should find in a quality natural skin care product. Make sure you look for these ingredients when you are shopping for your favorite skin care products online or in a shopping mall.

Choose skin care products and soaps carefully to avoid skin flare-ups and negative reactions. A common complaint from people with sensitive skin is fine lines and dry skin, which makes them look older than they are. When choosing your natural organic skin care product, use an oil free moisturizer made specifically for dry skin to keep your skin fresh and moist.

Believe it or not, the facial masks are great natural skin care for sensitive skin because they deep clean your skin and moisturize at the same time.

Deep cleaning the skin removes dead skin cells, cleanses the pores, and often reduces acne problems. Removing the dead skin cells using a natural facial mask lessens the appearance of small lines and wrinkles leaving your skin with a glowing complexion and more elasticity.

Remember to wash and rinse your face with warm water before applying a face mask. If you have the time and budget, you may even want to consider having one applied at a spa as part of a day of pampering for your skin.

Organic Skin Care Products Are Best For The Sensitive Skin Of Babies

As a first time parent, you are likely to get confused when it comes to choosing a good product for your infant's skin. The best approach when shopping for skin care products for your baby is to look for all-natural organic products.

Today, more and more parents are using organic baby skin products for their child, as these products are 100% safe. Read on to know what 'organic skin care products' means, why you should use organic products for your baby, the dangers of chemical-based skin products, and essential tips for purchasing these organic products for your baby.

Organic skin care products - A brief overview
Organic products, by definition, are products that are grown, created, produced, or manufactured without adding chemicals such as preservatives, fertilizers, chemical washes, etc.

This means that organic products are 100% natural. In the context of organic products for your infant's skin, these products include only natural ingredients and are completely devoid of any chemicals.

Why choose organic products for your baby?
Human skin, by design, absorbs whatever is topically applied to it and is not meant to act as a shield against harmful substances. In other words, chemicals present in skin products are readily absorbed through the pores. The skin of babies is delicate and thin.

Any chemical substance applied to the skin of an infant is absorbed into the body very easily. Synthetic or chemical-based skin products can harm your baby as the chemicals present in these products are absorbed into your baby's system. On the other hand, products that are all-natural and organic are 100% natural and pose no danger to your child.

Dangers of synthetic or chemical-based baby skin products

The dangers of synthetic or chemical-based baby skin products fall in two categories: short-term and long-term. The short-term effects of synthetic baby skin products include dry skin, irritation on the applied area, rashes, and allergic reactions. The continuous use of chemical-based skin products can increase your child's risk to various diseases, including cancer and asthma.

Advantages of organic skin care products
Organic skin care products provide the necessary skin care for your child. Their biggest advantage is that they don't have any short-term or long-term side effects.

Tips for purchasing organic baby skin care products
To ensure that you give your bundle of joy the best possible skin care, make

use of the following tips:
Read the label - Organic on a label doesn't always mean 100% organic. So, it is necessary that you read the label before purchasing a product to ensure that you select only 100% natural baby skin care products.

Opt for natural beauty care ingredients - Go for organic products that are made up of known natural beauty care ingredients such as turmeric, sandal, lentils, milk, cucumber, and herbal extracts.

Do some research - Ask your pediatrician or close friends or do some research on your own to identify the brands that offer the best organic skin care products.

Natural Organic Wins Everytime!

Using a natural, organic skincare product has been trusted long before laboratories and animal testing became the norm. There are many benefits to using a natural skincare product.

For starters, natural products contain no chemicals. For those who have sensitive skin this is a major benefit, as they no longer have to worry about mild irritations such as reddening of the skin, to more severe reactions that may require hospitalization.

Other skincare products that have chemicals in their products have warning labels that may read ‘Do not use this product if you will be in direct sunlight’, or ‘Wear a higher SPF when using this product and being outdoors’. This begs the question as to what are you putting on your face and seeping into your body? Natural organic skincare products do not have such warnings since they are not needed.

Secondly, since natural products are natural they do not have the ability to cause cancerous cell growth as many of the other products have in the past. Not only is an organic product healthier and safer for you, but it is less expensive. Many people buy the products that are full of chemicals to pay outlandish amount. Since the products in organic skincare is natural, its found in abundance, thus cheaper for your pocket.

Natural organic skincare products are becoming more and more popular as people begin to realize that chemical enhanced skincare are detrimental to the health of their skin. As well as, being a financial burden. By using natural products you are ensuring the health and radiance of your skin that only mother nature can achieve.

The Health Benefits of Organic Skincare Products

Claudia Keith, founder of Suis Organic Skincare Products, once said that "Back before the industrial age came along, the types of chemicals that touched our skin were pretty much those that the Earth made on her own. Today it's a different story.

What you are putting on your skin day after day, year after year, may be doing much more harm than good." For any woman interested in natural, healthy living, organic skincare products are a must. Simply reading the label on any major skincare product will show you that your body is absorbing a number of unnecessary, harmful chemicals from these products, but a quality natural organic skincare regimen will give you clean, moisturized skin that results in a number of health benefits.

Organic skincare products properly clean your skin without distributing chemicals and preservatives onto its surface, which prevents the buildup of acne- and infection-causing bacteria in pores. Exfoliating with an organic product will remove dead skin cells, which will immediately rehydrate the skin. By choosing the appropriate products for your skin type (oily, dry, or combination), you can design an organic skincare system that will be of the most benefit to you.

Natural organic skincare products also improve the health of mature skin by purifying skin cells and improving facial tone and color. They prevent the formation of wrinkles by rejuvenating and reinvigorating skin cells. To achieve maximum health benefits, organic products should be used on a regular basis, especially for those suffering from acne.

Many of the chemicals found in beauty products, such as DEA, MEA, and TEA, have the potential to disrupt hormone production and cause a variety of different types of cancer. It is common knowledge that chronic illness, disease, and infection are often caused by long-term exposure to harmful chemicals and contaminants. Many of the elements used in popular skincare and beauty products have been proven to have negative effects on your health, so consider the result of using them day in, day out, for a number of years!

While small amounts of these chemicals may not be enough to cause health problem, continuous exposure over a long period of time is. That is why it is important to only expose your body to ONLY natural organic skincare products that will purify and protect your skin. You should always remember that skin is meant to absorb the materials it comes into contact with, not protect you from them. Choose your skin care products wisely, and make it a priority to always use with organic skincare products.

The Benefits of Organic Skincare Products For Aging Skin

Organic skincare products have been received with open arms in the beauty market. Much has been said about the effects of too much use of harsh chemical-based skin care products. You can definitely say that the market is ready for new products to try.

The primary benefit of organic skincare products is in its name. Organic means something that is natural and untouched by chemical elements. This is like manna to an aging skin. If your dermis is already progressing to aging, you should give it no less than VIP treatment. And this is something provided by products incorporated with natural, organic ingredients.

Those natural-based ingredients are also more beneficial inherently. The nutrients packed in the ingredients can solve the most common aging symptoms such as wrinkles, age spots, fine lines and skin sagging.

This is one of the ingredients incorporated in some of the natural and organic products today. What makes this beneficial is that it is packed with proteins that can help re-grow missing or lacking collagen. With this in tow, you can bring back the long-lost integrity of your dermis tissues.

This kind of keratin protein is actually abundant in our nature. One of the best sources of this is wool taken from sheep bred in New Zealand.

It is replete with keratin that will help facilitate in the production of collagen. Some other sources are hooves and horns but experts find the wool of sheep in New Zealand higher in keratin proteins which will make a remarkable difference when included in products. Some products sold in the market now have this ingredient incorporated.

Phytessence Wakame

Going to the other side of the world, this is the best treatment of people in Japan in fighting aging. You would think that a sea kelp won't do you a lot of good but actually, it can do you a world of good. What it does is preserve natural hyaluronic acid content in your body. Hyaluronic acid is the acid that supplements moisture to collagen. If this is abundant in the body, collagen is well-moisturized and will look supple and dewy all the time.

This also significantly prevents the early death of collagen due to constant tugging and squeezing.

Organic skincare products should be a part of every person's skin care regimen especially in this day and age. We have had enough of the many factors aggravating skin conditions and it is time to make a huge change in our skin care habits.

Natural Preservatives

Natural Preservatives

Under Soil Association organic standards, natural preservatives and antibacterial ingredients are encouraged. Their are many natural preservatives like alcohol, honey and sugar, that have been used for centuries.

Plant extracts can also be used, such as cinnamon, rose, cloves, vanilla and calendula. Natural process can be used to prevent the fast spread of bacteria, processes such as heat treatment, removing oxygen through vacuum packing, and ensuring a low water content. Chemical preservative's are very restricted but a few are allowed, as long as they have no known health risks or concerns.

The Soil Association is the UK largest campaigning and certification organisation for organic food, farming and products. They have specific standards for heath and beauty products. These standards were developed in 2002 after three years of development involving industry experts.

These standards are there to provide consumers with products that are as natural as possible, with minimum processing. There are no GM ingredients or petro-chemicals allowed, and products must contain a minimum of 70% organic ingredients (excluding water). Products that are certified by the Soil Association carry the widely recognised Soil Association symbol.

10 Most Chemicals In Skincare

10 Most Chemicals In Skincare

If you look at the ingredients of every skin-care product you currently own or almost all supposed "healthy" and expensive skin-care products sold in any store, you will find a combination of the following dangerous, chemical and synthetic ingredients.  Please keep in mind that when you use ANYTHING on your skin or hair, ALL of the ingredients absorb into your body.

Skin absorption is so potent that an increasing number of medicines are in patch form. Applying creams and oils is NO DIFFERENT from eating them, because they enter the blood-stream regardless if they are ingested in the mouth or absorbed through the skin!

1) Methyl, Propyl, Butyl, and Ethyl Paraben- Some combination of  these synthetic ingredients are in almost EVERY skin and hair product made today.  Widely known to be highly toxic and cause allergic/skin reactions.  Companies use this dangerous ingredient, because it is extremely cheap and extends the shelf life of the product by inhibiting microbial growth.

2)  Propylene Glycol -This Petroleum by-product is a synthetic ingredient used as a humectant.  Also used as an INDUSTRIAL ANTI-FREEZE to de-ice airplanes!!!  This toxic ingredient causes many allergic reactions.  Research data states that through skin contact it can cause "liver abnormalities and kidney damage."

3) DMDM Hydrantoin - A Petro-chemical used as an ANTI-FREEZE in cars.

4)  Sodium Laurel Sulfate - This highly toxic synthetic substance (used for foaming abilities) causes urinary tract, bladder and kidney infections, genital disorders, eye irritations, skin rashes, hair loss, scalp scurf similar to dandruff, and allergic reactions.

5)  Synthetic Colors - Labeled as FD&C or D&C, followed by a color number such as FD&C Red 6. These highly toxic substances are usually coal-tar based and have been linked as cancer causing agents.

6) Synthetic Fragrances - Most Products will simply say "Fragrance" which means any combination of the cheapest 200 synthetic, toxic ingredients the company can find.  Causes headaches, dizziness, rashes, violent coughing, vomiting, skin irritations etc...

7)  Triethanolamine (TEA)/Diethanolamine (DEA) - Used to adjust the pH balance, but toxic and causes eye problems, and dryness of skin and hair.  DEA has been linked with kidney, liver and other organ damage according to several government-funded research.
One study found  that the topical application of DEA in rodents resulted in anemia, kidney degeneration, and nerve damage to the brain and spinal cord. (Melnick et al., 1994) Even more disturbing was that several animals died before the study ended.  Approximately 200 million pounds of DEA are produced annually in the U.S., most of which goes into personal care products. (USITC, 1990).

8) Imidazolidinyl Urea and Diazolidinyl Urea - Used as a a preservative, but a primary cause of contact dermatitis.  You might see these toxic chemicals under the names Germall II and Germall 115, which release formaldehyde at just over 10°.

9)  Behentrimonium Chloride - Toxic ammonia compound.  Ingestion can be fatal.  Concentrations as low as0.1% can be irritating to the eyes and cause necrosis (tissue death) of mucus membranes.

10)  Titanium, Zirconium, Benzalkonium, Bismuth, Antimony (*1), Barium (*2), Aluminum, Tin, Chromium, Benzene & PCBs. - According to Dr. Hulda Reghi Clark, all of these ingredients are extremely dangerous. *1 - Breast cancer cases show Titanium, Zirconium, Benzalkonium, Bismuth, Antimony, and Aluminum accumulation in the breast. *2 -Barium is described in the Merck Index as a "caution". ALL water or acid soluble Barium is POISONOUS! 10ed. P.139, 1983.

A Few Reasons Why You Should Move Towards Natural Skincare Products

A Few Reasons Why You Should Move Towards Natural Skincare Products

As the world we live in becomes more polluted, our bodies and skin are working even harder to rid themselves of these unwanted pollutants. Many women are starting to notice that their skin and hair is reacting badly to the chemicals we encounter in our daily lives and these chemicals are taking their toll on our skin and hair.

So, we end up in a catch 22 situation, in trying to look after our skin to combat the damage done to our skin by the pollutants around us, because nearly all the commercial skincare products available on the market are directly or indirectly connected with these pollutants.

Pollution is generated in the manufacture of these products, as commercial skincare products contain mainly synthetic ingredients, ingredients produced from petrochemicals, animal waste and by-products. If you get the chance read up about the ingredients that are contained in the skincare range you are currently using, I think you will find it is rather scary.

Now we are using products to reduce or eliminate the damage the pollutants have caused and are using products which are mostly synthetic based. How can this be good for our skin? Nearly all the ingredients in commercial products available on the skincare market are imitations of natural products, such as essential oils and natural nourishing oils.

So, why do we spend money on cheaply made imitation products that are sold for extremely high prices in comparison to their actual manufacturing cost of a few cents, when we could invest, for the same amount or less, in products made from genuine natural healthy ingredients? Those which have proven themselves and their capabilities over 100's of years?

Another reason commercially manufactured skincare products contain synthetic products is because they are cheap to obtain, most of the cost in your skincare product is advertising and packaging, the actual cream is the cheapest part of the whole package, often costing only a few cents for each jars contents.

As someone who has spent mega amounts of money on commercial products and tried everything from the middle of the range to the most expensive price wise, I still never managed to find that magic cream that the advertisers promised would do it all for my skin.

I started doing a lot of reading about this and was amazed and disgusted when I found out exactly what those creams contained and also found out that most of the molecules of the ingredients were too large to penetrate the skin to do any goods. But, the difference with natural skincare products containing essential oils is that the molecules of those oils are small enough to penetrate the skin and work their magic.

I changed to natural skincare products and can honestly say I have never been happier, my skin is glowing, feels softer and the essential oils are taking care of the fine lines and discolouration, while the natural oils such as jojoba, rosehip, camellia, almond and more, nourish and thoroughly moisturise my skin. It takes three months to see the results because this is the length of time it takes for newly generated skins cells, which have been feed with these natural ingredients from their beginnings, to reach the surface.

Skin break outs have become a thing of the past now because when using commercial skincare products my skin over time displayed its dissatisfaction towards the synthetic based products I was applying.

Think carefully about what you are putting on your skin and what the actual ingredients are, think seriously about going to natural skin care products, your face will say a big thank you in years to come. Natural skincare products will not leave your skin oily or pores clogged either, the oils absorb right in because they are so similar to your skins own natural oils.

From there I have now also moved to 100% natural castile hair shampoo, but this is another article, which will reveal some very interesting facts.

Three Tips For Natural Organic Skincare Solutions

Three Tips For Natural Organic Skincare Solutions

By Chris J Harris

Is your skin dry and itchy? Do you suffer from other skin conditions such as acne or psoriasis? If you're searching for a way to improve your skin's condition, here are four natural organic skincare solutions available to residents in the UK:

Suggestion 1: Watch What You Eat and Drink

It may seem unusual that your diet affects your skin. But a proper diet allows your body to properly eliminate toxins from the body. This in turn improves skin moisture and elasticity. Plenty of water (at least 64 oz.) is also critical to overall health and good skin. Some foods that need to find their way into your regular eating habits include fruits and vegetables, whole grains and fibers, foods with "good fats" such as sardines. Some products you should avoid are sugars and "bad fats" found in junk foods.

Suggestion2: Exercise

Poor circulation leads to puffy eyes, poor muscle tone, and increase cellulite. Particularly if you have an office job that requires little manual labor, it's important to keep fit. When most people think of working out, they think of spending hours in the gym. But there are simple exercises you can do as well: walking, jogging, stretching, and massage therapy are just a few examples.

Suggestion 3: Stay Away from Products Containing Harsh Chemicals

You'll want to stick to mild cleansers, such as gels and foams. Avoid products with detergents, petroleum, fragrances, or toxins. Products that contain moisturizers made from plants are excellent, since they moisten and protect skin. Organic skin care stores focus exclusively on carrying the best natural skin care products available. Look for brands such as Pure Earth, Green People, Akamuti, and PUR Skin Care. Basically, anything that doesn't have to be tested on animals to be proven safe is usually a safe bet.

Suggestion 4: Make Your Own Organic Cosmetics

It's like the old saying goes, "If you want it done right, do it yourself". You can make products using household items such as carrots, guava, honey, lemon, milk, oranges, pineapple, radishes, spinach, strawberries, and tomatoes. You'll feel fresh, silky, and invigorated while knowing exactly what you're applying to your skin. You may search various online sources for recipes on how to make these products yourself.

Natural and organic skincare products are available wherever you may live in the UK. Using these tips will get you the results you want-guaranteed. Why not get started today?
